Do you charge for shipping?
No, we don’t charge anything extra for shipping. Enjoy free shipping across the USA, India, Australia, Europe, and the rest of the world.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will promptly receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details along with a tracking number. To conveniently track the status of your order, simply sign in to your account on our website.

What delivery service do you use?
We work globally with major shipping carriers, including DHL, UPS, and Aramex International, to ensure reliable delivery of your orders. Additionally, for deliveries within India, we partner with Shiprocket as our shipping aggregator. When placing your order, please provide a valid contact number and a complete shipping address, including the pin code, to help us ensure a smooth and seamless delivery experience.
How can I edit my shipping address?
To make changes to your shipping address, please email hello@reistor.com. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. We will always do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already been handed over to our logistics partner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping is chargeable and will be calculated at the checkout page based on the weight and size of the package as well as the shipping location. While we do ship internationally, currently we do not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders.
For International Customers:
We ship to most countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
