Do you charge for shipping?

All orders shipped to customers in India and the United States and UAE are eligible for free shipping. For customers in the EU and UK a flat shipping fee of 12 Euros or 10 pounds respectively will be charged at checkout. 

For all other countries shipping charges of approximately $20 (USD) or Rs. 1500 are applicable.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. You will be able to view and track the status of your order by signing in to your account on our website. You can also WhatsApp or call our customer care number at +91 8591013814 or email shop@reistor.com. We are available from Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM IST to assist you.

What delivery service do you use?

For deliveries within India, we use Shiprocket as our shipping aggregator. For deliveries outside India, we use Aramex International and DHL. At the time of placing your order, please provide a valid contact number and your complete shipping address including the pin code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order.

How can I edit my shipping address?

To make changes to your shipping address, please email hello@reistor.com. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. We will try to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already been handed over to our logistics partner.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

For International Customers:
We ship to most countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
