Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Please note, orders cannot be canceled once processed. Processing typically takes upto 12 hours. For order status updates, reach out to us at hello@reistor.com. If your order has already been shipped, we’ll be unable to cancel your order and you’ll need to follow our return process.
How can I check the status of my order?

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, and Maestro globally. Additionally, within India, we also offer Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery options.
When will I receive my order?
After your order has been received and processed we will ship within 2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking information. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days for all the domestic orders and 7-10 business days for international orders.
Shipping
Do you charge for shipping?
No, we don’t charge anything extra for shipping. Enjoy free shipping across the USA, India, Australia, Europe, and the rest of the world.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will promptly receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details along with a tracking number. To conveniently track the status of your order, simply sign in to your account on our website.
Our user-friendly interface allows for easy tracking, ensuring you can monitor your package's progress every step of the way. We are committed to providing a transparent tracking experience for all our valued customers.

What delivery service do you use?
We work globally with major shipping carriers, including DHL, UPS, and Aramex International, to ensure reliable delivery of your orders. Additionally, for deliveries within India, we partner with Shiprocket as our shipping aggregator. When placing your order, please provide a valid contact number and a complete shipping address, including the pin code, to help us ensure a smooth and seamless delivery experience.
How can I edit my shipping address?
To make changes to your shipping address, please email hello@reistor.com. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. We will always do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already been handed over to our logistics partner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. For orders within India, we’re happy to process an exchange for unused products. For customers outside India, we currently offer store credit that you can use on your next purchase.
For International Customers :
We ship to most countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Returns and Exchange - Orders shipped within India
For orders within India, we’re happy to process an exchange for unused products. For customers outside India, we currently offer store credit that you can use on your next purchase.
Will I get a refund for products that are returned?
We only offer refunds on fulfilment errors. For all other returns, we will issue a credit note for the amount of your purchase , after deducting the cost of return ($35), for customers outside India. Please note that return requests will be accepted within 14 days from when your order was delivered.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, we offer exchanges on unused products. To do so, ensure the product has its original tags and packaging intact. We charge a minimal $35 fee to start the exchange process, which we’ll refund as store credit along with your new product. Please note, exchange costs are refundable only once, any additional exchange requests will be processed as chargeable returns.
Can I return items purchased during the Black Friday sale?
Black Friday sale items are eligible for an exchange or store credit, which you can use to purchase any other product on our website. Please note that returns or refunds are not available on Black Friday sale items.
Are final sale items eligible for return or exchange?
No. Unfortunately, final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of receiving your order. If your desired size is sold out, we will issue a credit note, which will be valid for 45 days. We charge a minimal $35 fee to start the exchange process, which we’ll refund as store credit along with your new product.

How do I exchange a defective product?
At Reistor, we take great care in our design and quality control process, following a three-step inspection to ensure the best standards. Our products are crafted from natural fibers at upskilling centers in a sustainable and ethical manner. Please note that certain textures are inherent characteristics of natural fibers and not defects.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please email us at hello@reistor.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
How do I request an exchange?
All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@reistor.com for assistance. To process your request, ensure you have your order number, delivery address, and the reason for the exchange ready. Once approved, we will schedule a pick up for your order within 7 days.

How can I ensure I am ordering the correct size?
Our comprehensive Size Guide simplifies the process of selecting the appropriate size for all products. For a more tailored recommendation, we recommend using our Find my Size tool on our product pages.
Please note that all our products are standard US sizes and designed to fit true to size.
