Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Please note, orders cannot be canceled once processed. Processing typically takes upto 12 hours. For order status updates, reach out to us at hello@reistor.com. If your order has already been shipped, we’ll be unable to cancel your order and you’ll need to follow our return process.
How can I check the status of my order?

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, and Maestro globally. Additionally, within India, we also offer Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery options.
When will I receive my order?
After your order has been received and processed we will ship within 2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking information. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days for all the domestic orders and 7-10 business days for international orders.
Shipping
Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders to the USA, Australia, and Europe. For all COD orders within India, a nominal processing fee of Rs 150/- will be added.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will promptly receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details along with a tracking number. To conveniently track the status of your order, simply sign in to your account on our website.

What delivery service do you use?
We work globally with major shipping carriers, including DHL, UPS, and Aramex International, to ensure reliable delivery of your orders. Additionally, for deliveries within India, we partner with Shiprocket as our shipping aggregator. When placing your order, please provide a valid contact number and a complete shipping address, including the pin code, to help us ensure a smooth and seamless delivery experience.
How can I edit my shipping address?
To make changes to your shipping address, please email hello@reistor.com. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. We will always do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already been handed over to our logistics partner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. For orders within India, we’re happy to process an exchange for unused products. For customers outside India, we currently offer store credit that you can use on your next purchase.
For International Customers :
We ship to most countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Our products are created with utmost care and attention, keeping the environment in mind. We have strict quality control measures in place to avoid product defects. We encourage you to shop consciously to minimize your carbon footprint.
We gladly accept returns of damaged merchandise for a full refund.
We also offer store credit or an exchange for unworn, unused, and undamaged merchandise (with the original tags) purchased from our online store, within 30 days from the original date of purchase, except those items marked as ‘Final Sale.’.

Our products are crafted from natural fibers at upskilling centers, sustainably and ethically. Please note that certain textures are inherent characteristics of natural fibers and not defects.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please email us at hello@reistor.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will be happy to assist you with the return/exchange process.

What is your return policy for orders from Australia?
For Australia, we only offer exchanges/store credit (and no return for refund) on unused products, with original tags and packaging intact.
