How can I pay for my order?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Rupay cards, Maestro,. We also have Net banking and UPI options as well as cash on delivery for our customers in India.
When will I receive my order?
After your order has been received and processed we will ship within 2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking information. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days for all the domestic orders and 7-10 business days for international orders.
Do you charge for shipping?
Orders above INR 5000 are eligible for free shipping within India. For orders under INR 5000, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the package. Shipping charges for these packages are typically between INR 100 and INR 500.
For customers outside India, shipping charges are applicable on all orders and will be calculated at the checkout page based on the weight and size of the package as well as location of the customer.

What delivery service do you use?
For deliveries within India, we use Shiprocket as our shipping aggregator. For deliveries outside India, we use Aramex International and DHL. At the time of placing your order, please provide a valid contact number and your complete shipping address including the pin code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order.
How can I edit my shipping address?
To make changes to your shipping address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. We will try to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already been handed over to our logistics partner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping is chargeable and will be calculated at the checkout page based on the weight and size of the package as well as the shipping location. While we do ship internationally, currently we do not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders.
For International Customers :
We ship to most countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Returns and Exchange - Orders shipped within India
Our products are created with utmost care and attention, keeping the environment in mind. We have strict quality control measures in place to avoid product defects. We encourage you to shop consciously to minimise our carbon footprint.
Will I get a refund for products that are returned?
We only offer refunds on fulfilment errors. For all other returns, we will issue a credit note for the amount of your purchase (valid for use within 45 days). Please note that return requests will be accepted within 7 days from when your order was delivered.
Can I exchange my order?
To request an exchange for your order, the product must be unused and the original tags and packaging must be intact.
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of receiving your order. If your desired size is sold out, we will issue a credit note which will be valid for 45 days. How do I exchange a defective product?
We take pride in the care we take in our design and quality control process. We have a three step quality control process. Our products are made from natural fibres at upskilling centers in a sustainable and ethical way. Please keep in mind that certain product textures may appear as defects however they are inherent characteristics of natural fibres, In the off-chance that you still receive a defective product please call our customer care number +91 8591013814 or email email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and someone from our team will be happy to assist you.
How do I request an exchange?

To process your request, please have your order number, delivery address and the reason for exchange on hand. Once your request has been processed, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 7 days.
