At Reistor, we’ve always believed that there’s room to do better; to learn, grow, and create with more care. For us, sustainability isn’t just about fabrics or fashion; it’s about people, the planet, and the choices we make every day.
In the past few months, we’ve taken a few steps that we’re genuinely proud of. We’ve installed a solar power system at our facility, and we’ve continued to work closely with Srujna, an incredible NGO that helps women from underserved communities find meaningful work, learn new skills, and grow in confidence.
These changes remind us that fashion can go hand in hand with responsibility, that progress can be both gentle and powerful.
Turning Sunlight Into Energy and Hope
There’s something special about seeing sunlight transform into energy. With our new solar power system, a large part of what we do every day now runs on clean, renewable energy.
So far, it has generated 47.232 MWh of solar power, reducing our carbon emissions by nearly 70 tons of CO₂ a year. Every time we see those solar panels at work, we feel a quiet sense of gratitude. It’s a reminder that nature already gives us everything we need, we just have to use it thoughtfully.
